Temonat Temonat contains temozolomide and belongs to a class of drugs known as imidazotetrazine derivatives. INDICATION: Temonat is used for the treatment of certain types of brain cancers (e.g., refractory anaplastic astrocytoma). AVAILABEL AS: 20 mg, 100 mg & 250 mg capsules. NOTE:
